So she can have a conversation in private, someone records her illegally and releases it. For whatever reason she said it didn't strike me as a reason to say she is defaming him. But I'm no lawyer and idk what that states law is regarding defamation but based on my limited experience, her saying that would have to be to the level of Usher losing money or opportunities because of whatever lie was told about him.

I'm not being argumentative brother, I'm just basing my take from a personal situation that happened to me and I had grounds to sue. This shit just seems silly

That’s been my stance from the beginning, and the stance I like to take when these types of situations develop. You do not have to have an opinion right away. You can wait until more evidence develops. However, like you said, there are a lot of people who again, do not have issues tearing black men down and sounding like those white supremacists. It’s always easier to take the stance of the man is terrible or they both are terrible. If it’s just him, then you can adopt those tropes of BM are everything negative. If it’s both? Well they’re both bad. Yet it’s always they both were bad from the start or it’s him that tainted her. it’s never hey man you see how this nigga got pushed over the edge? Her moms is disrespectful and says everything she wants and she put hands on him.
