Even if he still got it, the nfl is done with duke. That weak ass settlement he took was like a divorce. He got paid and now his former spouse has moved on.

It's like if you sue Burger King and settle out of court. They will not hire you back. Plenty of other niggas that will gladly flip them burgers out there.
