It's 100% Jay Elect. Joe has said on his pod, verbatim, that Jay Elect aint that nice. And is only nice until he(Joe) walks in the room. Then he says the same thing again this last episode except he doesn't mention the name this time. That same episode Joe said Jay Elect wants not part of him in a battle. Another give away was Joe talking directly to Mal about it because of the Roc Nation connect. Then Rory saying Joe would have to throw the first shot, I took that as cause Jay Elect doen't release much music. I'll see if I can find the convo they had on the pod.
