I think it's more than just that.

I said it earlier in this thread, Lizzo's a Grammy award winning singer and yet the only thing she's known for right now is shaking her near naked ass every time a camera is pointed at her.

Modern female hip hop and some RnB been overtly sexual. Why the "bad bitch" shit? mainstream male hip hop isn't anything to look up to either.. So wtf is it, a cultural thing? The music industry specifically latching onto a subset of a culture we know is wrong, uncouth or in bad taste but easy to indulge in for entertainments sake at a distance?

w.e. is the case, seems she's inhabiting that sexualized role.

As the cherry on top u got media like IG influencing how some women decide to portray themselves. Depending on who you're following you might find yourself exposed to an infinitely scrollable ultra-sexualized platform specially curated for you. When every chick on your gram is twerking or even merely showing it off in a gym and getting likes and sponsorships for that... and when there's a sexual liberalization movement ongoing at the same time... It's no surprise we're seeing women act out like this.
