Black Family in Virginia Beach says neighbor is blaring racist slurs and monkey sounds at a Black family’s home

Why don't they get just as petty as the neighbor. I'll put lights aimed at his house and blast the most ignorant rap 24/7.

City lost millions due to racism Pharrell said he not bringing the Something In The Water because the way the police handled the shooting of his cousin. They would rather have Phish concerts than black people having fun.
 
Lowkey VA Beach been like this since the 80s they used to have Greek festival but as usual white folks over emphasize our crime and downplay theirs.
