Nice. Don’t any of y’all get discouraged if you only making $50 passive income/year off of your $1,000 investment. Banks pay out 0.01%, not 5% like Cardano, so you’d be making $1 off of your $1,000 investment with a savings account. This is not a typo…

Also, four years from now a dollar will still be a dollar. Four years ago Cardano was 2 cents. So their 2017 $1,000 investment (50,000ADA) is worth ~$59,000 now. Plus if you add in 5% ADA interest that’s:

2017: 50,000ADA
2018: 52,500ADA
2019: 55,125ADA
2020: 57881.25ADA
2021: 60,775.31ADA (which is $71,714.86 at $1.18/ADA).

5% interest is bonkers. It only seems small because of crypto’s recent run. The big payoff is when the USD value of every ADA you own goes parabolic and quadruples to $5, tho…
