I've seen some folks on youtube talkin bout salting the steak and leaving it in the fridge overnight(12-24 hours)... have any of yall ever tried that? Do you notice any difference as opposed to seasoning it right before you cook?
Copped these two earlier oils.. gonna try both eventually and see which one I like better

I know it has a high smoke pointand I use that to fry them birds
So I gotta go get some vegetable oil? I don’t even want the steak no more at this point. Too many rules
I'd be too shook to put all that salt on a steak even tho' the videos always say it won't come out salty
