I was in this boat as a teen, no it's not cool. What makes a 26 year old woman want to date a 16 year old boy in itself is enough to make that toxic for the kid in the long run. Depending on what it is, you're still bound by the laws of your country of origin so if everyone involved are US citizens but living abroad, they're still bound by our laws here. This is why cats still get hemmed up when they travel to Asian countries with lower ages of consent to fuck yutes.
