But if only one side gets checked when off code...it's destructive for us all.

I'll be the first to say .en are the gatekeepers an we have failed. But because a few failed it spread to others....now we have more ain't shit people than as have thorough people.

Exactly how? Bruh our sistas are having a level of success never seen before in our history in this country. Theres a lot of assistance available to our sistas that we don't have access to.

See a big problem we have is believing this "black women got it worse" narrative.

When in reality, black women have been purposelyvated over the black man in our community (and we along with previous generation of brothas have plenty blame in that as well). This is something we dont want to admit.

Many of us overly sympathize because we watched our mothers get mistreated or had no positive black male around to balance their perception. Yet we never take into account our sistas decisions in who they choose to date and procreate with.
 
Why is it that nobody out there ever criticizes black women for misandry? Honest question. Black men get shit for misogynist for rap and other avenues where they say fucked up shit about women and that's fair and in a lot of cases right. However, black women can get on TV and talk all kinds of shit about black men, cloak it behind supposed honest discussion, and no one ever really calls them out. Remember, how white people were going around talking about the problems in the black community were deadbeat daddies. Well, black women fueled a lot of that with their constant accusations. Then the CDC released numbers showing that black men that can be in their children's lives mostly are and that the black men who can't be in their children's lives aren't usually because they were locked up over some unfair judicial bullshit. Nobody listens to rap songs and really thinks all black women are bitches and hoes, but people do watch these stupid shows with these birds talking and think that most black men are violent cheaters that abandon their children.

It's worse than that really. It seems like black men and black women are at war. The problem that I was addressing is that we all can acknowledge the wrongs that black men do. However, no one ever really calls black women out. I mean some do on Youtube and stuff like that as @Hellczar pointed out, but it's not really discussed. You can't end a war if you don't even acknowledge that both sides are part of it.

For one, I dont recall any rap songs saying specifically black women aint shit. They dont single out black women.

The comparison to rap music is bad from the start. When Snoop was out there saying "Bitches Ain't Shit" in a song, nobody was taking that as real commentary on the state of black women. People do look at shit like what's in the OP as real exposition. I bring this up all the time, but ya'll remember when ABC News did this a whole special on Black Women in ATL that basically broke down to "Black Men ain't shit," and it was so popular that they did a Part 2 a little while after. Let's be real. There is a difference between News reports and rap songs.
