Sony has the rights to most of Spidermans rogues which is why they're doing these bullshit Spiderman standalone villain moveis with Venom, Morbius etc.

Kingpin im not certain about though. I think Fox had the rights to him for a little bit cuz they used him in the original Daredevil movie. But since then Marvel has used him(Netflix Daredevil & Punisher) and Sony has as well(Into the Spiderverse)
