This the fucked up shit about getting old.

Especially when you're younger than most of the people you become fans of.

I became a fan of 90s hip hop when I was in my mid teen years in the mid 2000s so all these artists/personalities are like 15-25 years older than me.

Now that in my 30s, more and more of the people I was a fan of starting to pass and shit is depressing.

I honestly didnt see his post as disrespect initially, and saw it more as typical "abw poster doesnt know who thread is about and came in with that question" schtick.

There are a lot of threads when members make that very same post he did, and the backlash wasn't what it was

BUT, if this is a person of some more significance than the aforementioned threads, then I can see how everyone else might've felt like he was being disrespectful

You said a lot but didn't answer my question. By the time you addressed us you had determined that the post wasn't cool or you wouldn't have used the "teaching moment" phrasing.

So without all the talking around the point, why is it you chose to try to admonish us in our response instead of addressing the post that was at issue?
 
Its already a whole page of this wack back and forth but a mfer doesnt have to intent to come off as disrespectful for their actions to be disrespectful.

Time and a place for everything. Coming into a thread where fans of someone are hurt at their passing and being like who this is inherently disrespectful.

I LITERALLY addressed your question...did you not like the answer I chose? I didnt dance around anything. I addressed why i responded the way i did, THEN said, younggun could've asked his question without using the word fuck.
