Nah Moon Knight has a Hulu series he won’t be apart of that lineup imo. And is Hulk totally done. I haven’t heard anything about Ruffalo.
 
Black Panther or Captain Marvel are obvious choices for new leaders since Tony and Cap are out of the picture.

I wouldn't count on Marvel/Disney investing too much into Spiderman right now tho seeing as how shit went with Sony recently.

That being said I think Shuri might end up being the go to person for advanced tech and upgrades for the Avengers
 
It will be interesting to see where they go with the Black Panther franchise after Endgame. Who was ruling Wakanda when T'challa and Shuri were gone? This might be the way they make it so that T'challa becomes a full time Avenger.

There was some article not that long ago that mentioned he was definitely in the plans for the next avengers movie. Hulk won’t be in the new line up but they haven’t ruled him making appearances in other folks stories. Definitely She-Hulk
 
There have been tons of rumors that they plan on introducing captain Britain in the next couple phases too. I assume he'd be on the team

I'm most interested in Dr. Strange 2, there's rumors that they're gonna do Marvel Zombies in that

movie,and the 1st Dr.Strange is a top 5 Marvel movie.
