this is a new law.....for "public servants".....in a state

dont kill anyone, unless its absolutely clear you had to.....or else, we'll still protect you in court?

Yeah I need to see the bill and what "necessary" means to it legally first.
 
This is kind of like when they said, they could use force if you were, "resisting". So when they wanted to beat you up, they just yelled "stop resisting", while they beat you up.
