Stopped fucking with all these shits after hitting up a mom and pop NY style pizza places, never looked back. But if I had to for whatever reason only able to choose from this list that I know of I'd go with Mellow Mushroom.

Lil Cesar’s has the best deal for pizza.

This is the truth. Pizza Hut trash out here but when I was in South Korea it was good as fuck. Same for Little Cesars in Louisiana for some reason.
