Memphis mom accused of murder of 20 year old man in daughter’s bedroom

Now I know it’s not really any way you can beat shooting somebody in the back of the head in most cases. And I dont think she will.

My thing is it’s a lot of excuses on why this dude was talking to a 13 year old. They trying to say he may have been mentally delayed but then posts of him talking to other underage girls came out.

We all been 20 and we all know some teenagers can look older but they don’t have the smarts or conversation of an adult. A 13 year old and 19 year old don’t sound the same. And kids are also stupid most times.

Y’all think they gonna give her the max?

Yeah she's going to prison for a long time unfortunately. I feel her but she didn't think that all the way through.

Daughter did her no favors either with her fast ass lol. She gonna hate herself 15-20 yrs from now.

Saw this story a bunch of times....

Lotta conflicting information regarding the age of the girl, and when the mother actually fired the shots.

If his back was turned as he was walking away, outside of the house...and she then shot him in the back... That's going to be impossible to beat.

If she shot him in the house while he was under the bed.. she'd prolly have a better chance.

Either way, fucked up story from all sides.

Where'd you see an article or report that said she shot him in the house when he was under the bed? Every outlet I heard/read the story on consistently said she shot the nigga in the back of the head on the front porch.

There's no way this chick beats this nor does she deserve to. I got a 13 y/o daughter do I'd definitely understand wanting to kill a dude for being over there. That said, shooting a man in the back of the head while he's willingly leaving your premises is murder. There's no way around that. I don't know what would have possessed her to shoot him at that point. It's like she let things progress to a point where there was no way she would be able to justify the kill and then shot him.

If she shot him in the back it's murder and she's not beating that charge most likely. Damn shame she might go down for taking out a foul ass nigga messing with a kid. Definitely understand the instict

The thing is, the way she went about it she not getting off and she don't deserve to get off.

That said sometimes some shit happens and you make a decision and say idgaf I'll go jail willingly over this. For alot of people this is that. So as long as she did that shit knowing she going to jail but didn't give a fuck, then more power to her.

Not the smartest shit in the world but I'm sure a lot of us were on some fuck it ill throw it all away over this shit at one point or another.

And this is only if he was 20 and she was 13. I only know what's been said in thread about this story

Pedophile got smoked with a headshot?

Love to see it

Hopefully the fact that he got bodied while in the act of committing a felony helps the Mom

Yeah we love to see it but it doesn't seem like he got caught in the act of physically doing anything and was leaving. We already have the daughter stating she invited him over and stating the mom said she'll put a hole in any dude she sees over there. Add the shot to the back of the head and it's looking like first degree murder. Before reading I thought it was on some prowler shit but poor choices were made by the daughter and a fuck nigga. Mom gonna be in prison and the daughter still gonna be telling niggas to come over 🤦🏿

The mother had everything she needed to have that mf put behind bars and ruin his life. She ended it but the cost can't be worth it. Especially when the person you were trying to protect is essentially the smoking gun that is sealing your fate. Can't just do everything with emotion especially when you're the one with the gun.

Hopefully the judge shows her some mercy.
