Jemele Hill says the way ESPN handled Ryan Clark’s departure raised serious questions for her, particularly because the initial report came from OutKick—an outlet that had frequently criticized Clark.
Hill described the circumstances as appearing “very nefarious.” Clark was informed that ESPN was letting him go while NFL Live was still airing and did not finish the show.
OutKick says it gave ESPN approximately one hour to respond before publishing.
