Without knowing exactly what responses you're talking about, the only thing she's to blame for is being fast. She knew she wasn't supposed to have anyone over, and she also seemed to know that her mom would crash out over it. She's not to blame for the dude preying on a child or the mom committing murder though.

What's wild is the mom didn't seem to even know the boy's age. Based on what the daughter said, she was threatening to kill whoever was over there without knowing any details. Her finding out the age might be what triggered her to shoot him TBH. Like I said before, dude looked young in some of those pics. She might have thought he was closer to her daughter's age when she was escorting him out and shot him when she found out he was 20.
 
Put the daughter in prison as well if the mother gets convicted.

Daughter gets to move forward on with her life as if nothing happened, nah, you were part of this mess, you will share some of the stench of it.

Being Fast should come with some type of punishment, just like being a pedo.

Being mannish should come with some type of punishment, just like being a pedo.

Maybe not the same sentence (i don't care, a pedo gets 20, their victim should get 20 too) but the fast girl or boy should get punished.
 
If teens knew that their freedom would be at risk if caught with being with older people, if they know.

Give harsher sentences to pedos, when caught. Shit will change.

I believe things will change.

If we are serious as a people, protecting the kids, I believe the laws should be made stronger, where BOTH parties get punished.

i dont like to call lil girls fast as that just takes away any nuance and assigns her to decisions someone with a completely developed brain would make.

If both parties know, what's happening, both should be punished.

As a teen, you know not to talk to strangers or play with fire. And you should know as a teen to not invite older people into your space. Vice versa.

You know not to do/sell drugs, you wanna sniff and get high and score drugs, then when get caught, act like you don't know shit, nah, yo ass know the rules, get this punishment.

the entire point of to catch a predator is to show NO MATTER WHAT this teenager tells an adult, the onus is on the ADULT to know this is innappropriate.

Every interview with Chris H is the same. The guys always say "she said ___" or "she is the one who ______". Let's say that is the case. WHY ARE YOU STILL ENGAGING WITH THEM ONCE THEY TELL YOU THEIR AGE????

Brotha, you may need to read or get out this country and travel and understand how folks view things.

They have laws that punish both parties, in which is all I'm saying, if both know the deal, and it's investigated to the point where the teen was/is aware of what's happening, their actions are punished along with the adult.

This isn't some shit I made up, this actually happens in other countries, and I think the daughter knew the dude was older than 18.

I suppose we are all making a big assumption here. That being that there was something sexual going on between the girl and the dude. Maybe that assumption is wrong, but let's say it's not. The word "fast" in this context just refers to a girl getting sexually involved younger than she should. This chick is 13 y/o. Unless you think 13 y/os should be out here having sexy, I don't see what nuance you're talking about. Yes, she's immature, but that's the whole reason the word exists. She's too immature to be having sex.

There's nothing wrong with calling something what it is. Her being fast doesn't absolve the dude of being a pedophile or the mother of being a murderer. I just acknowledges that the chick was making poor choices.

Dude when’s the last time you even heard the term “very special episode?”

“Don’t talk to strangers” stopped being a thing around the time “only you can prevent forest fires” and “take a bite out of crime”

That which use to be common sense is now sage wisdom we as grand parents and uncles pass on.
