I think because the first year is fully guaranteed, it makes it hard for the Mavs to match, though they can.

Either way this is the exact kind of young big I wanted the Knicks to get. He might not even get any real minutes but we definitely need a young big for the energy.

On top of that Moussa got real talent and potential.
