Dude will probably never have a lot of money again, cuz he refuses to accept the reality of where hes at financially. He was never dead broke, he was "now i really gotta watch how i spend" rich people broke. He could of slowly rebuilt it all but he refuses to not have some crazy grand extravagant plan for everything like hes still super up.
Even this real estate project seems to be like that. It has to be shops, restaurants and apartments. Then says it wont take long like we dont see that the site isnt a abandoned development. He said that like everything was almost complete.
