Ever since I got into this buy and flip business I have a lot more respect for what it takes build things even tho my part is mainly financial I get involved with some stuff. At this point it is so much more rewarding than the financial world.

Yeah me too but moved away from it and spent years not really using my hands like that between city living, laziness and driving cars that need computers it is easy to move away from using your hands in that way.
