Ok, you're a single mother. Congrats on you holding it down but to participate in this happy father's day to women is a disservice to the men who are active in their children's lives and it doesn't highlight the difficulties that come with trying to be in their children's lives when dealing with scorned women

I'll also add that just because the two of you didn't work as a couple doesn't mean you get to shit on him as a father. Unless he's doing absolutely nothing, keep what happened between y'all separate from his involvement with the child

A lot do it cuz they mom was everything. Some I think just want to look good saying something nice. Now yes being a father especially black we have certain stigma against us. We scroll a timeline and see it often. I don't get offended tho. I think on these days people don't want to delve into how complex this can be. Every years seems like it's a fight.

What are you asking for? And there is a difference between someone giving you things and you asking for something to some people. Not saying there is right or wrong in what you are saying or doing.
