Authorities tell us ... the small forward was arrested in Scottsdale around 2 AM ... and was released from custody around 3:20 AM.

We're told he was respectful and cooperative before being released.

We obtained Brooks' mugshot ... showing the hooper staring into the camera with a white tank top and lengthy beard.

Further details have not been released at this time ... but we'll update as soon as we have them.

Brooks -- who has reportedly made $105 million on the court -- has been sidelined the past few weeks with a fractured hand. The Suns hosted the Chicago Bulls without him ... losing a close one, 105-103.

7 meaningful wins.

The rest of the games they were supposed to win and did. Trying to take anything away from them for handling the business they were supposed to handle is wack. They're trying to make the playoffs.

Lol listen I know it sucks from a shooting standpoint but I’m really thinking of simmons as another backup big that can pass and rebound not as a point forward

Like instead of capela at times

Technically they’re all meaningful but some wins are bigger than others to establish that they’re not a fluke. They beat the Celtics, Rockets, Nuggets etc.

Secondly how this became a me thing when Beta is blatantly hating?
