The ONLY silver lining in all of this is we are finally not bearing the burden of exposing the hypocrisy of the US. It’s usually us who are screaming at the top of our lungs how corrupt the system is while nobody listens. Maybe they’ll start listening now and realize how flawed our system is.

Doubtful, but one can hope.
