I turn 45 (by The Grace of God) in January


Even with injuries sustained from a road accident... I feel physically fit and brittle as someone in their 30s (I work in construction with elevators)... Keeping a habit of working out too at least twice a week


I'm a family man so it's Work ... Home ... Weekend in ... Rinse and repeat

No one is going to do or get all this stuff at 40 or in their 40s, but it’s some nice stuff

I still play video games
I still drink soda (I need to stop now)
I still say and do dumb shit, but not as much as my younger years

We all will grow up and mature

Also don’t forget

Today’s 30+, 40+, even 50+ are not the same as the ones in the 2000s, 90s, 80s, and before. Most 30+ will try to get out the club, they still partying. Most 40+ usually have a kid or two that are pre teens, now some are just starting a family
