What got me was how much better this Thanos was than his comic counterpart. Thanos was literally a simp in the original Infinity Gauntlet arc. This guy....had Ra's al Ghul beliefs on a galactic scale.

Making him someone with a degree of genuine compassion is way scarier too imho. It's like those photos of genocidal dictators laughing up it with friends & family.......
