Elementary school bans dating after 5th graders all date each other

No. I'm not sure where you got that. This question leads me to think you are either disingenuous or don't read. Because I've made reference SEVERAL times to the fact that if a kid is fucking up in school, it's their parents responsibility to get them lil fuckers back on track. Not to just sit there are say 'Fuck school. You got a girl now nigga!'.

So what are we talking about here?
It’s not the teacher’s responsibility either?
I mean ain’t that what teachers do?

Lmao still.

You can’t stop a kid from liking another kid and it’s notbing ppl can do to stop that.

Shit is natural and can’t be stopped

Well what do you mean when you say inclusion, as a parent?

In the education system, 'inclusion' usually means ensuring that any group who is usually ignored or left out is included in whatever policy or mandate that you are enabling. Like for example, those people with disabilities, certain ethnic groups, all sexes, sexual orientations, etc. So when a person says 'certain policies have to be broad because of inclusion', that's what they are usually referring to. You didn't mean that when you said it, so we can drop it. All good.

it’s not about them liking. You can like them all you want but DATING ain’t gonna happen in school.
They not telling the kids they cannot like one another.

Even the way you talk about this lets me know what we aren't far apart in our opinions. Because the school didn't say 'dating ain't happening at school'. THEY GAVE PARENTS AND CHILDREN AN ULTIMATUM ABOUT THE DATE ON WHICH THE MUST END THEIR 'RELATIONSHIP'.

Like...gimme a break. The school should not be talking parents and kids that. You know it and I know it.

Parents upset their 10yr olds can’t date smh

A lot of these parents be thinking its cute on some "Oh he got a lil girlfriend now" type shit but hell nah not these days. I mean back when i was in 5th grade we had girlfriends and shit but we also weren't exposed to as much as these kids are today. So a girlfriend was just a girl that we played with during recess and picked back and forth with. We didn't have cell phones or easy access to the internet like these kids today have either so we were really forced to be kids. Its just different times all around.

I'm trying to figure out why you so triggered about a letter that for all intents and purposes don't involve or apply to your kid.

Inclusion ALSO means being included within a group or structure. IE the elementary school or the 5th grade group.

so, let’s send this notice to ALL of the group (5th grade) on our campus (the structure).

Fam, what makes you think I'm triggered? Because I'm having a discussion on a forum? I'm confused. I been joking with this shit all morning. I'm sitting at my desk eating oatmeal and bacon, watching cheers, talking to you niggas, NOT getting any work done.

Who is triggered?

It seems like sometime y'all just say things to say them. I dunno.

And according to you it ain’t the teachers responsibility to get YOUR child on track.

Yeah, I know what the word inclusion means, Kandy. I'm jut telling you how it's usually used in the education world.
And according to you it ain’t the teachers responsibility to get YOUR child on track.

so what are teachers and school for?

Again, what I'm saying is that its not the schools responsibility or right to tell all their students that they can't date. Period. Now y'all seem to just be exclusively using straw man arguments.

It’s not their place

They’re children. I will police my kids behaviors

All teachers need to do is separate them, tell them stop stalking, etc. student so called dating is none of their concern

Fam make sure my kid don’t miss a step with his algebra cause we all know you miss one step, you lose the whole fucking problem

If my baby girl wanna be a whore, I’ll deal with it

And honestly, we should all stop with the 'if it doesn't apply to me or mine, I don't care' mentality. @Kandy if you acknowledge that the school is overstepping, but don't care because it doesn't affect YOUR kid...then what happens the next time they are overstepping and it DOES affect your kid? Overstepping your boundaries as an entity is always problematic and anyone involved in that entity should take notice. Because you're next.

The issue here isn’t preventing kids from liking each other, it’s preventing actual ‘dating’. No elementary kid needs to date, period. This became a legit disruption to the whole 5th grade class, not just a few kids.. all the 5th graders, in multiple classes. Something ain’t right there... this is more than just liking one another.

I don't care what you doing b. Little offended by oatmeal and bacon but whatever. Triggered is an all encompassing word yo. Stop assuming a nigga trying to take shots at you

Ya stance don't make no sense to me tho. Dassit
