Clearly u rode on the shortbus to school. It does make sense if all what kendrick sayin about drake it goes for his wife as well. Its not that hard to understandI’ve been said that Kendrick and Ross using the “white” angle was dumb, but her bringing Kendrick wife into it makes zero sense to me.
Im not sayin he didnt. I said soon as i heard the dissGo ahead and act like you actually care about that shit lol

I don’t think you can quite understand what Kendrick is saying to Drake. You can differentiate between the two if you’re actually listening to the lyrics. Kendrick’s wife doesn’t have a selective Black identity - using Blackness when it’s convenient, and not when it’s for his advantage. There’s something beautiful about someone finding their identity, but if you’re using it for malicious intentions, then there’s a problem. Drake was only Black when it opened doors of opportunity in hip hop for him. It made him more marketable and gained him more relevancy amongst his peers and hip hop fans.Clearly u rode on the shortbus to school. The shit ain’t as deep as people would make it seem. If you roll with black people your whole life and respect the culture the people will respect you.Yes it does happen.
Lol, this is why we don't let the half-breeds in in secret Black on Both Sides conversations.
Not as much as people would think. I’ve never been picked on by black kids…ever. I’ve always been accepted as I was. Maybe because of how I was culturally or maybe because I was respected as a person so was never tried.Naw. They always get picked on. Especially if their hair is different.
Regardless of how much you are “outwardly black”it will always be used as a slight against them. ALWAYS.
Also, ain’t no such thing is presenting black. I will never say that’s a real thing. Ain’t no damn book on being black. It’s a problem in our community when you’re not doing what black folks say is “cool” you’re called everything but your name and treated like an outcast
It’s always the mixed girls that get the most towards them. Dudes not so much. Not as much as people would think. I’ve never been picked on by black kids…ever. I’ve always been accepted as I was. Maybe because of how I was culturally or maybe because I was respected as a person so was never tried.
And it’s not like I’m some tough guy at all, I just carry myself a certain way.
Maybe some mixed kids are confused but I never was.
So to Gabi’s point, if you raise them a certain way they won’t have any issues.

Maybe mixed kids that are confused go through this but not those confident with their place in the culture.
